Need for support

Although the Foundation is a well-established charity the possible income generated from box office sales will only ever provide a small proportion of the costs of events, the education programme and the Competition itself. The gap has always been filled by personal donations, sponsorship and grants.

Every contribution represents invaluable assistance in helping promote the discovery and development of talent and encourage audiences for the string quartet.

For individuals, higher levels of tax relief are available more than ever before.

We suggest possible levels of contribution and involvement, in return for which there are a number of benefits both individuals and corporate sponsors.
